Roasted Toasted Fennel Chips

Ingredients

1 or 2 Fennel bulbs, bottoms cut off and segments separated
1 or 2 teaspoons of olive oil
Salt

Directions

Place fennel segments on a baking sheet. Drizzle oil all over and shift segments around so that they’re all coated. Sprinkle with a little bit of salt. You can always add more salt later. Bake at 200 until golden brown and starting to crisp.

Such an amazing project which results in amazing veg to feed us throughout the week ! It has also introduced us to veg we might otherwise not have tried and love them now. And it's all local and chemical free! Cannot recommend it enough :)
