Chinese Style Kale

Ingredients

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large garlic clove, crushed
200g kale ( shredded)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornflour
Salt and pepper

Directions

Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan, then tip in the garlic and cook for a few seconds. Add in the kale and toss around the pan to coat in the garlicky oil.

Pour over 100ml boiling water and cook for 7 mins more until the kale has wilted and is cooked through.

Mix the soy sauce with the teaspoon of cornflour and add a little water to dissolve the cornflour then stir into the kale and heat through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and serve.

Such an amazing project which results in amazing veg to feed us throughout the week ! It has also introduced us to veg we might otherwise not have tried and love them now. And it's all local and chemical free! Cannot recommend it enough :)
