Ingredients
·1 rutabaga cut into spears
·2 tablespoons olive oil
·2 teaspoons paprika
·1 teaspoon garlic powder
·Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine rutabaga spears with olive oil and spices, and toss to coat evenly. Lay rutabaga spears on a baking sheet, leaving space between. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway. They are done once cooked through and lightly crisp.
Such an amazing project which results in amazing veg to feed us throughout the week ! It has also introduced us to veg we might otherwise not have tried and love them now. And it's all local and chemical free! Cannot recommend it enough :)
