CHAR-GRILLED POTATO SALAD with creamy mustard dressing

Ingredients
1.5KG KIPFLER or CHARLOTTE POTATOES, SCRUBBED
2 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
SEA SALT AND CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
200G TUB CRÈME FRAÎCHE
2 TABLESPOONS WHOLEGRAIN MUSTARD
¼ CUP (60ML) WATER
¼ CUP DILL SPRIGS, CHOPPED
Such an amazing project which results in amazing veg to feed us throughout the week ! It has also introduced us to veg we might otherwise not have tried and love them now. And it's all local and chemical free! Cannot recommend it enough :)
