Cabbage and Potato with Cumin, Ginger and Coriander

Ingredients
4 cups finely sliced cabbage
2 large potatoes, cooked, cooled and cubed
1 onion, halved and sliced
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp turmeric
Salt-to taste
Chilli-to taste
Fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Such an amazing project which results in amazing veg to feed us throughout the week ! It has also introduced us to veg we might otherwise not have tried and love them now. And it's all local and chemical free! Cannot recommend it enough :)
