Ingredients
1 avocado, stoned peeled and sliced
1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
1 sprig of lemon balm, chopped
1 small spring onion, sliced
dash of olive oil
salt and pepper
squeeze of lemon juice

Toss all together and serve (delicious with fish or chicken)
Such an amazing project which results in amazing veg to feed us throughout the week ! It has also introduced us to veg we might otherwise not have tried and love them now. And it's all local and chemical free! Cannot recommend it enough :)
