Grown without chemicals in our market garden this garlic tastes great but is very small and the skin is not as clean and intact as our normal garlic. A little more fiddly to prepare but great roasted or in soups or salad dressings. There are about 10 small garlic bulbs per 100g.
Such an amazing project which results in amazing veg to feed us throughout the week ! It has also introduced us to veg we might otherwise not have tried and love them now. And it's all local and chemical free! Cannot recommend it enough :)
